Parking fee of $12 per day wasn't clearly communicated, WiFi required Hilton Honors membership for access, noisy upstairs neighbors were a distraction, and the toilet paper quality was surprisingly low.

Communication gaps with housekeeping need improving!!! Parking system design can cause confusion!!! Consider providing more comprehensive room amenities and clearer directions within the hotel!!!

Is it hype or the real deal?

The spacious room provided a comfortable stay, featuring beautiful views of the Sandia mountains. Access to secure parking gave a sense of safety, especially given the urban location.

The surrounding area felt unsafe, and multiple guests highlighted the soundproofing issues, making it hard to sleep due to noise from neighbors.

Dined at the hotel's restaurant and loved the signature barbecue wings—an absolute must-try! The extra safety measures made me feel secure, especially when using the gym early morning. it was clean and had plenty of machines.

Thankfully, my meds saved the day, but it certainly added a twist to my trip.

I stayed in a King Room with Sitting Area for 2 nights. The room was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Really liked the high water pressure in the shower, such a great way to wake up! Plus, the view of the city was a nice bonus. But the noise from the street was a bit distracting at times, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.

This was just a nice choice for a brief weekend stay in Albuquerque with incredible value for money. The morning breakfast was quite good, and the servers were polite and helpful. Make sure to find a spot in the parking garage early or else it can get full quickly.

I had a great stay with comfy rooms and stunning mountain views! However, the service at breakfast could have been better. I’d definitely stay again!
